Scarf Swap: Part 2

1 Aug

The start of the weekend consisted of  a warm (HOT) Friday evening visiting friends and meeting their new little boy (born 1 day after my own birthday!)  Nothing beats a breezy summer dress, light cardigan and a pony tail for a casual night off.  For fun, I decided to add in the second scarf I received from Emily over at The Daily Fashionista as part of the Blogger Scarf Swap (remember that?).  What makes it even better is the fact the dress was thrifted and only $1.50.

It’s impossible to keep the kitties from jumping into the pictures!  I managed to keep it to 1 in this photo (the other 2 were hovering nearby!)

Thanks, Tieka! I think I’d wear a scarf everyday if I could! Oh, and I loved your posts on Traverse City. We are going to a wedding there next summer, and I really want to check out the places you mentioned! Love reading about your travels!

The vibe of that first photo is awesome. The lighting, the scarf…such a lovely outfit.
